NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Union Sportsmen’s Alliance (USA) Member" and through the membership information submitted at time of entry. Authorized Union Sportsmen’s Alliance Member means the natural person who is assigned to a unique USA member number. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or postage due mail/entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted, (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the sweepstakes), and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.
Official Rules
Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Triton-Union Sportsmen’s Alliance Sweepstakes Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") will begin at 7:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on November 31, 2007 ("Sweepstakes Start Date"), and end at 11:59 PM EDT on April 30, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period").  Sweepstakes is sponsored by the THEODORE ROOSEVELT CONSERVATION PARTNERSHIP, INC., a non-profit corporation established in the District of Columbia (“Sponsor”) located at 555 Eleventh Street NW, 6th Floor, Washington, DC 20004.  Prizing is provided by Triton Boats, a Tennessee corporation located at 15 Bluegrass Drive, Ashland City, TN 37015.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all Unions Sportsmen’s Alliance members with a valid membership id number which was activated between the dates of July 1, 2007 and April 30, 2008 and who are legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (EXCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RESIDENTS IF LOCATED IN AN OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATION, PUERTO RICO, OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES OR FOREIGN TERRITORIES) Offer void where prohibited by law, or otherwise restricted.  All entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of “Sweepstakes Start Date.”  Winner must be an active or retired member of an AFL-CIO affiliated union or a direct family member of an active or retired AFL-CIO affiliated union member.  Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, their affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and vendors (collectively including Sponsor, “Sweepstakes Entities”) their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

How To Enter: 1.) Enter by simply completing the online Sweepstakes registration form at www.unionsportsmen.org . All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EDT on April 30, 2008.  2.) Enter byhand printing on a 3”x 5” card, your name, date of birth, USA member number, address (including zip code), day & evening phone numbers, union and local # (if applicable) and e-mail address. Mail the card to: “Triton-Union Sportsmen’s Alliance  Sweepstakes Giveaway” at 3340 Perimeter Hill Dr., Nashville, TN 37211.  All entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2008, and received by May 7, 2008, and become the property of the Sponsor. One entry per person/e-mail address regardless of the method of entry.  The use of automated entry devices is prohibited and all such entries are void. By participating, you consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address and other information for the sole purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, illegible, incorrect, delayed, garbled, undelivered, misdirected, stolen, postage-due registrations, entries or mail. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person or e-mail address that submits more than maximum allowed entries.  All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Internet Limitations of Liability: If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of this termination date. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a standard package, water ready Triton 18 Explorer tournament bass boat equipped with a Mercury 90ELPT two stroke engine. Three batteries and a prop will also be provided courtesy of Triton.  The Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $25,000*.  Full details regarding the features of the 18 Explorer can be seen at the Triton website or by linking to: http://www.tritonboats.com/boat_detail_new.asp?bid=301.   The boat, motor, trailer and other accessories can not exceed the maximum allowable prize amount of $25,000. Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses relative to participation in Sweepstakes (including acceptance of prize) not specified herein and is not entitled to the difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of the grand prize and they must themselves be able to pick up the grand prize at a local Triton Dealer on or around 5/20/2008. All local, state and federal taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Sales tax may vary from state to state and is the responsibility of the winner, not the TRCP, the Union Sportsmen’s Alliance, Triton or the dealer to determine this value.  No cash balance will be awarded if winner does not use the entire prize. The Prize package is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. There are no substitutions unless specified by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any prize package with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize (or any component thereof) is not available. The prize is awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).  Winner must execute liability/publicity releases prior to taking possession of the boat.   The Grand Prize will be deemed awarded upon the winner’s receipt of ownership document and boat keys. By accepting the prize, prize winner agrees to release Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the promotion or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from any prize-related activity.
*Price reflects manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) and does not include any applicable dealer prep charges, freight, rigging, tax, title, or any licensing fees. MSRP is for reference purposes only.

Drawing and Notification: The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected, from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing conducted on or about May 15th, 2008 by the TRCP whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by phone and mail. Upon initial notification and verification of potential Grand Prize winner, confirmation will be sent to winner in writing via USPS mail, or other home delivery service of Sponsor’s choice.

Prize Conditions: Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of any prize. The Grand Prize winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and return it within 5 days of written notification. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.  The winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.

Terms & Conditions: This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Winners and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Administrator/Sponsor, Triton and their agencies and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and successor companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (hereinafter the "Released Parties") from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize offered, or participation in this sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the sweepstakes mechanics and/or implementation will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
