Host Tom Ackerman, a master of surprise, dons a variety of costumes, from livestock auctioneer to postman, so trip recipients don't see him coming. As soon as our winners recover from the shock of finding out that they are headed somewhere they've always wanted to go, they start packing, and before they know it, they're testing themselves against the likes of majestic red stag, Canadian caribou and Costa Rican sailfish.
