Union Workers Featured in Season 2 of Brotherhood Outdoors on Sportsman Channel
Nashville, TN—The Union Sportsmen’s Alliance’s (USA) popular hunting and fishing TV Show, Brotherhood Outdoors returns to Sportsman Channel for a second season starting January 5—airing at 8 p.m. (E/P) on Thursdays.
Hosted by noted outdoorsman Tom Ackerman, Brotherhood Outdoors puts Union workers in the spotlight, taking viewers into their homes and communities, on their job sites and into the wilderness for exciting hunting and fishing adventures across North America. Guests on the series have the opportunity to join Ackerman for an outfitted North American adventure or to act as his guide, taking him to their favorite hunting or fishing locations.
The premiere episode on January 5 will feature an adrenaline-pumping California hog hunt with Jessica Reagor an Ironworker from Indiana, as she reenters the field for the first time since adopting a baby boy with special needs out of foster care two years ago.
“Each season, I think the union guests can’t be any more deserving or the adventures any better, and each season I’m proven wrong,” Ackerman said. “Chasing wild hogs, wrestling gators, stalking wily whitetails and elusive elk, calling turkeys, tracking moose and all the laughs and stories swapped along the way, come together in a new season you won’t want to miss. Special people - special places!”
This season’s guests include a mix of pipefitters, boilermakers, electrical workers, bricklayers and more, who pursue a variety of fish and game throughout the U.S. and Canada.
The exclusive network of Brotherhood Outdoors and the USA, Sportsman Channel is the only television and digital media company fully devoted to the more than 82 million sportsmen and women in the United States.
“With millions of American workers participating in hunting, shooting and fishing activities, Brotherhood Outdoors is a strong addition to our network,” said Sportsman Channel CEO, Gavin Harvey. “Partnering with the USA allows us to honor some of the hardest working men and women in the country by showcasing their enthusiasm for hunting, fishing and conservation on national TV.”
