Brotherhood Outdoors Features Wisconsin Youth Turkey Hunt

Nashville, TN—Tune it at 8 p.m. (E/P) on Thursday, July 12 for a special edition of the Union Sportsmen’s Alliance’s (USA) award-winning hunting and fishing TV Show, Brotherhood Outdoors.
This week’s episode will feature a coveted Wisconsin youth turkey hunt hosted by Jim Mills, a field representative for the Wisconsin State Employees Union (AFSCME Council 24) and lead instructor for the Neillsville Hunter Education Program. Brotherhood Outdoors host Tom Ackerman also gets in the mix as both men help educate and excite a future generation of American sportsmen during their national TV debut.
A staple in Sportsman Channel’s ‘Made in America’ programming, Brotherhood Outdoors puts American workers in the spotlight, taking viewers into their homes and communities, on their job sites and into the wilderness for exciting hunting and fishing adventures across North America. Guests on the series have the opportunity take part in an outfitted North American adventure or to act as a guide, inviting the show’s host to their favorite hunting or fishing locations.
The exclusive network of Brotherhood Outdoors and the USA, Sportsman Channel is the only television and digital media company fully devoted to the more than 82 million sportsmen and women in the United States.
“With 22 new series and 70 new episodes featuring the American sportsman, Sportsman Channel is the perfect fit for Brotherhood Outdoors,” said USA Executive Director Fred Myers. “Partnering with Sportsman Channel allows us to honor some of the hardest working men and women in the country by showcasing their enthusiasm for hunting, fishing and conservation on national TV.”
Presented by Bank of Labor, Brotherhood Outdoors is also sponsored by the following union and contractor partners: International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, National Electrical Contractors Association, International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers and United Association/International Training Fund.
