Aiming For A Cure Event Surpasses $500,000 Mark For Cancer Research

Hunter’s Specialties recently announced that the Aiming for a Cure "Celebrity Shoot and Auction," which was held March 15, raised more than $155,000 for the University of Iowa Children’s Hospital to further cancer research.

The Aiming For A Cure Foundation is built upon a foundation of committed people with a great passion to help children and their families that suffer from various forms of cancer. 

Hunter’s Specialties helped organize the first Aiming for a Cure shooting event five years ago and have remained a title sponsor throughout. The event, which combines sporting clays, upland bird hunting, and a fundraising auction, along with appearances by various celebrities has raised over $500,000 since it first began.
