Waterfowl a little too strong for your taste buds? Soak your duck or goose breast fillets in a solution of orange soda, garlic oil, and a bit of black pepper for six hours, or better yet, overnight. Layer the fillets in a heavy-duty Ziplock bag, add the liquid, and refrigerate.
