Traditional “wounded rabbit” squeals and squalls can work fine for coyotes; however, pressured dogs may respond better to off-beat sounds such as woodpecker screams, housecat howls, or even low-key mouse squeaks. Don’t be shy about giving them something different, and remember loud isn’t necessarily better.
