For “hairless” rabbits and squirrels, skin them under running water. Remove all four feet, tail and head, then soak the critter. Cut a slit in the hide on the back, insert two fingers on each hand into the slit, and pull in opposite directions. Rinse your hands periodically to remove residual hairs. Easy as that.
