Bill Heasley, a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local 12 from Okeechobee, FL, caught his first king mackerel while fishing aboard the “Country Club” charter boat out of Jupiter, FL on May 5, 2012. To catch the fish, Bill used a whole frozen sardine as bait. That same day, Bill also caught a bar jack, triggerfish, yellowtail snapper and a mangrove snapper.
