Mike Hruby, a member of Electrical Workers Local 66 from Rosenberg, TX, recently came across some luck during an annual hunt in Maryland with some of his good friends. On one particular morning, the first flock of ducks in the decoys was a pair of Mallards. When Mike and his friends retrieved the drake, it was double-banded with one being a $100.00 USFW Reward Band. Needless to say, it was a great way to end the season.
