Is there a way to put more pictures in ones profile?

Here is the response I got from our IT guy on adding multiple images :

You can add one image for your profile image, but then what a member could also do is to create a photo gallery on something like http://www.flickr.com/ or http://picasa.google.com/ web photo albums and then they link that in the URL section of their profile. 

Looks like that is the only way to show multiple images is to link off of your profile.  Wish I had a better answer for you.
