Don’t know much about Beretta, except that they make some very nice firearms. I also expect that with that reputation, they will make things right with you. It is a newer model, and might not have all the “bugs” worked out, or it could be a bad spring that lived long enough to pass quality control.
I bought a brand new S&W;629 Classic (44 mag.) and all six and a half inches of barrel had no rifling! They almost hand delivered me a new one, but would’nt let me keep the paper weight as a suvenier! Keep spare rollers on hand for one of my asault rifles to keep bolt gap constant. Have an Ithica model 37 (16 ga.) that is real finicky when you get in a hurry with it, but that’s just about any Ithica pump.
It is frustrating to have any firearm malfunction, especially a brand new one! Dust off the old Remington, and go drop some birds!
Beretta will take care of the rest!
