Well I have against my will returned to the office and town, after being in a camp of some kind since May. It is amazing how little the world really changes when you are mostly out of touch with everyday events.

I started by guiding spring bear hunts on the Greys River Wyoming the season was great with 9 out of 11 hunters getting bears. Then I stayed on the Greys all summer doing guided trail rides and scouting for mule deer and elk. Despite the weather we also had a great deer and elk season on the Greys with 2 deer going over 188” SCI. I finished the season in Montana hunting deer during the November rut. Montana is big deer country right now and a lot of them.

So now I am back in town and I see we still don’t have health care figured out and another sports idol got caught cheating on his wife. othing changes. wink

Think I am as envious like everyone else Von…..2 things….....those badland bino holders were introduced to me on a moose hunt this fall and I wore them for about an hour and fell in love with them.  I will definitely own a pair before scouting starts next year. 2nd…..negotiating a healthcare package nowadays is worse than giving birth!!!!  What a mess we are in.  I hope something changes soon.
