I SAW IN THE PAPER THE OTHER DAY THERE WAS A COYOTE IN CENTRAL PARK. Poor thing. Probably living on used ... better not say it.
I can’t help you in New York, being from Ill., but it looks like from what I’ve been seeing in some of my hunting magazines there are several groups that are organizing bow hunting in some of the residential neighbors that are being over run with deer in some of the Eastern cities. People are getting tired of planting gardens, and watching the deer eat them up.
I used to hunt some spots that were next to sub divisions and saw really nice deer. They just have to live 4 or 5 years. Lot of good food from their gardens.
Really tho you ought to check with some bow shops, or gun stores to see if they know of any groups in your area.
