As many people know, the EMMY nominations came out today (7-8-10). Now some of you may be thinking, well what does that have to do with the USA? Well as you can see I am a union member and the great news is that even a union member can be nominated for an EMMY! Thats right, I was nominated today for one as a camera operator for The Late Show w/ David Letterman. A union job done with pride! If this doesn’t say union members do it better, I don’t know what does. Next month I will be traveling to L A, Ca. to walk the red carpet at the awards ceremony. In a tux no less! Wish me well and will let you know how we did. I say we because we are all union.
P.S. I already have 3 golden EMMY statues at home, all from union jobs.
Sincerely, that’s pretty darn cool. Any way you might be able to get us a picture of you at the Emmy’s or on stage for the taping of a show. Might be able to find a place on the website to post this. A lot of folks wouldn’t necessarily think you could live in a big city, be involved in the entertainment industry AND love the outdoors all at the same time. You are living proof that you can’t stereotype folks. Congrats!
Man thats way cool and you should be very proud of what you have accomplished. That being said what would be even cooler,well maybe not cooler but pretty cool none the less would be if you wore a cammo tie with that tux !!!

Well it’s getting closer to the ceremony this Sat. Will be leaving soon for LA. Will let everyone know how I did when I get home. Wish me luck!
