I’d personally like to thank all the locals and union members that came out supporting and participating in the Juneau Trap shoot and the Anchorage Sporting Clay shoot the past 2 weeks.  We had around 100 shooters combined for both events.  Guns, Prizes, laughs, and most importantly the coming together of unions for these events was truly an unforgetable experience.  I’d personally like to thank our committee members for Juneau and Anchorage, Pete Ford Juneau CLC, Max Mielke UA 262, Tom Brice LIUNA 942 & Public Employeess 71, Corey Baxter IUOE 302, & Tammy Kramer AFSCME & Gun Club manager. In Anchorage: Vince Beltrami AFL CIO President AK, Steve Clapp AFGE International, and Jay Quackenbush IBEW 1547.

We had the pleasure of having John Gage, International President of AFGE and Tom Baca International Vice President of the IBB join us in our Anchorage shoot along with other leaders from various organizations.

Tim,
I’m glad it all turned out good. Great to see brothers that far north. Haven’t made it up there yet. May be opinionated, but Alaska is the only place more beautiful than my old stomping grounds in western Montana!
