I was at the range today with my Remington 700 Mountain rifle. I was shooting at 100 yards with my 280. I just changed ammo and thought I should see if I need to adjust my scope a bit. First 3 shots were just off bulls eye. Then adjust scope 3 clicks to the left. I shot another 3 rouinds I was a tad high another adjustment. 3 more shots I was bulls eye. Them let barrel cool and I was way to the left. I had problems before and had barrel refloated. I was told I may have to later down the road have this gun glass bedded. Now I here down in Florida humidity is hard on a wooden stock here. I was also told by my shooting buddy. I may want to go with a good synthetic stock. He said H&S;is good. I have know idea. Since its a Mountain Rifle wondering if they even make a synthetic stock. Also wondering if I get the gun glass bedded and have crown done will that take care of the problem. I don’t think the trigger needs work done on it. To me feels fine. I also shot my Ruger 77mk2 in 308. I shot 3 shots adjusted scope another 3 shots I was dead on. I also use my new Dog -Gone Good shooting bag rest that held both guns great
