Walk-in and Hunt Kansas Turkey - Open Fields legislation

Kansas' walk-in program provides access to terrific turkey hunting.  The TRCP was instrumental in securing federal funding to grow and create new state walk-in programs through the passage of Open Fields legislation in the last Farm Bill.  But there is still much to be done.
