USA Vision Statement

More than six million active and retired labor union members hunt, fish, and spend time together with their families in the outdoors, making them North America's single largest unified community of sportsmen and women. 

The Union Sportsmen's Alliance (USA) will inform, energize and activate these skilled union sportsmen and women to become one of North America's most effective hunter/angler based conservation organizations for the purpose of expanding and improving fish and wildlife habitat affordable access to quality places to hunt and fish for all, now and in the future.

Through creative and uniquely designed place-based conservation programs, the USA will enroll every willing union sportsman and woman from North America's labor unions into a community of highly skilled volunteers.  These volunteers will donate their time and labor to expand and improve hunting and fishing access and fish and wildlife habitat, while recruiting new hunters and anglers into their growing community.

By expanding and improving affordable access and habitat to quality hunting and fishing and helping to recruit the next generation of outdoorsmen and women, the USA will do its part to ensure a bright future for North America's outdoor traditions for generations to come
