ProStaff Recruitment Team

Are you passionate about the outdoors and your fishing and hunting heritage? Do you enjoy talking to people, making new friends and supporting a great cause? If so, then you may be just the person for the Union Sportsmen’s Alliance (USA) ProStaff recruitment program. Equipped with marketing and organizing tools, ProStaff members spread the word about the USA and recruit new members.

ProStaff members are volunteers who provide a very valuable service to the USA by being our ambassadors in the field. If selected, you will receive all the information and promotional materials you need to bring the benefits of USA membership to your union brothers and sisters. For your efforts, you will be rewarded through the USA Bucks program. Each time you recruit 50 members, you will receive $50 in USA Bucks which can be redeemed through gift certificates at national outdoor stores. When you recruit 250 members, you can trade in your bucks for a brand new firearm!

The primary objective of the Pro Staff Program is to bolster membership at the individual level. A ProStaff Member must be an active or a retired union member, who is passionate about the great outdoors and have dedicated time to promote the USA on a voluntary basis.

Pro Staffers promote the USA at local and regional union meetings near their homes. Some of the responsibilities of ProStaff Members are:

• Working with the proper contact at each local to coordinate timing of function.
• Generate pre-promotion for the meeting.
• Encourage membership attendance through the concept of an outdoor themed event incorporating great outdoor prizes and giveaways.
• Deliver a 5 to 10 minute presentation about the USA, run promotional video and participate in a Q&A session.
• Sign-up new members at the meeting.
• Report results of membership to Regional Coordinator after each presentation.
